Russound have made a name for themselves with their high performance central audio, and audio/video controller amplifiers. These systems have a high degree of flexibility and performance culminating in the RNET system. RNET® is Russound's own communications platform that allows our Smart components to talk to each other via a two way bus system – in real terms this means that at every keypad you can see exactly what’s being played.
Russound RNET systems are rich with features for your convenience and enjoyment. Preset buttons on the keypads give you access to favourite programs. SMS-3 R-NET Media server
The Russound Smart Media Server stores and manages your music, providing easy retrieval from virtually anywhere in your home. It supplies three different streams of music simultaneously, making it ideal for use in a multiroom audio system. When used with a Russound RNET® system, the artist, album, and song information is delivered directly to your UNO keypad or touchscreen display. The Smart Media Server comes with either a 160 GB or a 250 GB hard drive. The SMS3 will hold up to 2650 hours of compressed music and the SMS3-250 will store up to 4140 hours for nearly endless enjoyment of your favorite music. You can load music from your CDs into the Media Server through a built-in CD-ROM reader or transfer music files from your computer. Using easy-to-navigate screens on your TV or computer, you can then organize the songs into themes by genre or artist for random playback or create playlists to play them back in any order you want. As you use the Media Server, its unique Personal Media Assistant learns your music preferences for each theme and applies those preferences to its automated song selection. Atmosphere Speakers
Utilising state-of-the-art solid-modeling CAD together with integrated FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to design a new injection molded cone technology. Outback Rock Speakers
A unique line of outdoor Rock Speakers. The Fieldstone model is designed to look like a natural outcropping of rock. Each speaker has a 6.5” coaxial two-way driver with a polypropylene injection-molded cone fed through an optimized crossover to provide great outdoor sound. A fully painted aluminum grill blends in with the rest of the enclosure and will not rust or oxidize over time. With 10 - 100 watt power handling, used in pairs for stereo or individually for mono applications, Russound Rock Speakers fit any outdoor speaker application. The Cast Enclosure is made from a glass-reinforced resin to provide a sturdy, waterproof cabinet with a low acoustic resonance for better sound. Environmentally tested to ensure stability and durability in all types of weather and environments, the enclosure is silicone sealed. They come with silicone filled wire nuts for reliable termination. Additionally, the rocks are backed by a 5-year warranty. |
