Fax, e-mail and telephone orders must be received before 13:00 (1 p.m.) on working days, for next working day delivery. Any order received after 13:00 (1 p.m.) will be despatched the next working day.

If e-mailing, please allow for possible delays between service providers. Sending times are frequently not the times of receipt.

Please ensure that you include the correct part numbers, description and pricing (available by entering our trade section below), plus the invoice (and delivery address if different) and payment details. The Multi-Room Company Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors due to mistakes in the ordering information.
